Zonfa has established a quality control department, whose members are responsible for the monitoring of our strict quality management system, the follow-up quality supervision, the organization of quality improvement, analyzing data accumulated in workshop inspections, incoming material checking and outgoing quality control, setting proper improvement measures, as well as correction of the measuring implements for more precise measurement.
Projector and bi-dimensional measuring devices are all introduced for use in precise parts.
A Vickers hardness test machine is introduced to test the hardness of the part’s surface, the cores, and the depth of carburized case.
